Commercial use
SUMO uses fal.ai for music generation. fal.ai’s Terms of Service govern the underlying AI services. Please review fal.ai’s terms for the latest rules on permitted use and limitations.

Your inputs
fal.ai’s terms state that you must have the rights, consents, and permissions needed to submit any inputs, and that you are responsible for them. Do not upload content you do not have rights to use.

Distribution
Outputs from AI systems may be non-unique and could be similar to outputs generated for other users. fal.ai’s terms state that outputs may not be original and may not be non-infringing.
